Rhode Island School Dental Screening Reporting 2023-24

You have reached the webportal for entering school dental screening data by school nurses. Aggregate data should be entered for children in Kindergarten, Third grade, and if applicable, 6th grade. We ask for number of children enrolled in the class, number screened, number determined to have non-urgent needs, and number determined to have urgent needs.
